UNEW Beauty Couture (hereinafter referred to as "UBC") appreciates your interest in our products, treatments and services and welcomes you to our website and online shop. The protection of your personal, personal data is very important to us, and we want to ensure that we also comply with the law in this regard.
If there are any contradictions between this data protection declaration and the other applicable contractual or general terms and conditions of UBC, the provisions of this data protection declaration shall take precedence.

4. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural or legal person. This includes information such as your real name, your address, your telephone number and your date of birth. However, no personal data is information that cannot be linked to your real identity; this includes, for example, the number of users of our website or comparable summarized information.
5. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN VISITING THE SITE
In principle, you can visit our website without providing any personal information. By default, our web servers temporarily log the connection data of the requesting computer, the websites you visit, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used and the website from which you visit us. We use tracking software to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website. We do not use this software to collect any personally identifiable information about you, but we do collect the IP address you used when accessing the website. The data is only used in an anonymous and summarized form for statistical purposes and for the development of the website. You can object to the collection and use of your IP address for statistical purposes by deactivating "track users" depending on the Internet browser used. Additional personal data such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address are not recorded unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. as part of a survey, to carry out an information request.
6. USE OF COOKIES
"Cookies" are small files that enable us to store specific information related to you, the user, on your PC while you visit our website. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website, and to make our offers as convenient and efficient as possible for you. On the one hand, we use so-called “session cookies”, which are temporarily stored exclusively for the duration of your use of one of our Internet pages. Second, we use "permanent cookies" to record information about computers that repeatedly access our website. This enables us to offer you optimal user guidance, as well as to "recognize" you and present you with a website that is as varied as possible and new content if you use it again. The content of a permanent cookie is limited to an identification number. A use of our offers is also possible without cookies. You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser under Extras/Internet options, restrict it to certain websites or set your browser so that it notifies you as soon as a cookie is sent. Please note, however, that in this case you will have to reckon with a limited display of the page and limited user guidance.
7. PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
We use the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of technical administration of the website and to answer your inquiries. We will save the data in accordance with the legal provisions and protect it from unauthorized access by third parties. If you have previously given us your consent or if you - insofar as this is required by law - have not lodged an objection, we also use data for advertising and market research purposes. Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties unless you have given your express consent.
8. DATA SECURITY
UBC takes all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, unauthorized access or other misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. In certain cases (e.g. when processing login data), your personal data will be encrypted during transmission. This means that communication between your computer and our servers takes place using a recognized secure encryption method, if supported by your browser. Credit card-related data is stored exclusively on the server of our service provider, SIX or PayPal. Depending on which payment method you have chosen.
We use certificates from Swisssign for encryption, a Swiss security certificate that meets the highest requirements of web shops. If you wish to contact us by e-mail, we would like to point out that the confidentiality of the information transmitted cannot be guaranteed. The content of e-mails can be viewed by third parties.
9. DISCLOSURE, CORRECTION, DELETION AND BLOCKING
You have the right to request information from us at any time about the personal data stored about you and the correction of incorrect data. You can also assert your legal rights directly against us. You can reach us for this purpose using the contact details given at the end of this data protection declaration. In compliance with the data protection regulations, we will delete the personal data stored about you without your intervention if your knowledge is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
In some cases provided for by law (e.g. statutory retention requirements), your data can be blocked instead of being deleted.
