WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order directly in the online chat at the bottom right.
To do this you need the 4-digit order number and your email address.

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
To change or cancel an order, send an email to info@unew.ch If you would like to change an order, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. In certain circumstances it may no longer be possible to change your order.

Please note. You can only cancel training courses under certain conditions.
