Application:

1. Apply the appropriate BIO Sculpture base coat, THE BASE
2. Apply a thin, even layer of BIO Sculpture Nail Polish
3. Apply a second thin layer if necessary
4. Seal with an appropriate BIO Sculpture nail polish top coat, THE TOP
5. Allow to air dry completely
6. Optionally finish with Quick Dry

What does 10 Free NON-TOXIC mean?

10 Free NON-TOXIC means that the formula is free from DBP, toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resins, camphor, parabens, TPHP (triphenyl phosphate), phthalates, styrene, and hydroquinone.
